    Rosemary's Mini Quiches What size of tins do you use and would it work with home made pastry or filo pastry??

    I would use a standard sized cupcake/muffin tin, if you wanted them to be "1 bite appetizers", I suppose you could use mini muffin tins (adjust baking time accordingly).
    Yes, you could use homemade pastry. I find using frozen puff pastry dough/shells much easier/faster than making my own laminated puff pastry dough.
    One reviewer mentioned using phyllo mini shells .
