Hello.... not been on this section before (I normally hang out in the photo forum - http://www.food.com/bb/viewforum.zsp?f=18 )

but was pointed over here as I've been doing a spot of pudding cooking (something I don't normally do at all)...

The reason I ended up making the pudding is because I had an idea to make a fig brandy liquer for Christmas so ended up with a load of brandy soaked figs needing a home !
