EAT higher fiber foods, beans, whole grains
Limit junk food and fats
GET OUT and exercise every day: bad weather: there are so many exercise tapes ! OR, I put tons of my oldies (3 hrs worth) on my MP3 and into the earphones and walk, run, go to the gym and tune out the world and go for it!
