I haven't posted photos here for a while, but wanted to share our delicious dinner from last night.

Both recipes were made for the January Recipe Swap in the Aus/NZ forum. My husband is already asking when we will be having that same dinner again.

Great potato salad that is different to your regular potato salad. No mayonnaise and a definite make again recipe for us. The fresh herb salad and chopped egg really made this special yummy.gif

    Limehouse Chicken by AZPARZYCH.
We used chicken breast fillets for this recipe and they turned out very moist and tasty. My husband especially loved this chicken dish.

I thought the egg salad was a bit of an odd named chicken dish, looks good but not what I thought I'd see.... Then we get the chicken..wow that looks better than fantastic !
