Easy Garlic Chicken

Tonight's supper was superb. Easy Garlic Chicken was the star tonight. I made this dish as a prelude for the photo event that is going on. I may be "re-purposing" the left-overs of this dish. Wish me luck.

Funny story, DH and I both liked the meal, and I asked him to help me choose a picture to upload to the recipe and on this forum. Well, without looking, and not wanting to be bothered, he said "#3". Well, low-and-behold, #3 now is the #2 picture displayed and I like it. LOL

Both photos are wonderful but the second one does the best job showing that beautiful chicken.

I can actually taste that ... its a tangy,sweet,slightly bitter kick from the garlic... and lovely chicken ...
