We are just home from Perth, and off again to Brisbane in the morning for a wedding. We get home and go see the grandsons before awalde visits us (and Peggy!) from Switzerland, then it's off to Vietnam and Cambodia for a month. March will be a month of cooking and relaxing for me lol
Hi Jan, yes, it will will be a great travel and I can't wait the moment meeting you and Peggy there. I know you will give me the feel of "home" even if very faar away.
Our trip will begin the coming Saturday: 4 weeks Australia and 2 weeks Bali!
The time is running away very fast and the preparation (including the organization at work for 6 weeks) keeps me more than busy. I still can't realize that in 7 days I will be in Australia and I will drive "left".
Perth-Brisbane- home - Vietnam and Cambodia, this sound wonderful.
We loved both Countries, peoples and we loved the food!
Se you there and have safe trip!

Hi Pat,
I would like to be there and meet you all as well, I would love this very much, but it's too much for us. We have only 4 weeks, that's the problem.
We will begin in Melbourne, drive to Lakes Entrance (with stop to Phillip Island for my DD), up to Albury and down to the Great Ocean Road where we will pass for Warranbools. Then from Adelaide to the red center trough Port Augusta, Coober Pedy, Ayers Rock and Alice Springs (End of caravan trip). We will fly to Canberra, by bus to Sydney and finally fly directly to Denpasar (Bali).
In Bali my DS will reach us. He has only two weeks (Carnival) school vacations and Australia is too far for him as he will have to go back to college again (with correspoing tests to pass!). My DD will travel with me as she just finished the college and I got (for once as present) 4 weeks holidays as working since 25 years in the company. Perfect timing with my DD. We will miss my DH very much!

We have skype on the DH's computer but I have no idea how to use it or set it up or anything about it for that matter but if the DH is on day shift or is a non working day we may be able to do it then

Thanks Pat- really glad you enjoyed the chocolate mousse.
I've never tried tipping it out - usually just make it in one big bowl or smaller that I serve individual sized in the cup/serving dish.
