I wish I had some definitive answers for you, but mostly I have some questions. I tried finding information on the Crofton Turbo Convection Oven, but I've not been able to find anything that tells me if it's an infrared type counter top oven, or if it's like a microwave/convection oven combo.
I have some links you can check out that might give you some direction, depending on what kind of oven you have.
Do be careful when searching other sites on this oven because I got a serious threat alert for a virus that attacks everyone on your Facebook page after opening one site that allegedly had recipe information for this oven.

If you have a regular oven or micro/conv combo, then I do have experience with both home (M/C combo) and full-size commercial convection ovens, for cooking and baking. So if you have questions about adapting regular recipes for the convection oven feel free to ask me anything. You'll also find a lot of what I've experienced in the threads below.
