Biscuits and Gravy

If your looking for something "lite" this is not the thread for you-LOL!
If your looking for a hearty, filling, stick to your ribs dish read on. If you are a fan of biscuits and gravy most likely your mouth is watering. Hot biscuits smothered in a sausage-cream gravy, and not a dollop of gravy either. Smothered means smothered. If your looking for Comfort Food This. Is. It!

Biscuits and Gravy is one of those dishes you have to try at least once in your life, but be warned. Chances are this won't be a "once in a lifetime" thing. You will be back for more.

If you don't make "great" from scratch bisciuts who cares? Buy a tube or buy a box of Bisquick and go from there-it will still be awesome! I promise

you are tantalizing me way beyond belief....OMG! This gal way not raised on this dish...but believe me when I say the first time I had it someone had to pinch me so I know I wasn't dead & in Heaven.

Lick the plate good is a gross understatement ....it's a crawl to the stove & lick the pan thing.

Be like Mikey, try it you'll like it. I promise.

I love biscuits and gravy but am vegetarian and trying to get away from dairy(cheese is my downfall). Here is a vegetarian version: Easy and Quick Biscuits and Vegetarian Sausage Gravy
