Hello. I am looking for the copycat or recipe that is like the
M*arie C*allend*der's frozen breakfast bake. My boys love it and I want
to make it myself. It contains potatoes (skin on), eggs, cheese, sausage and pork GRAVY. It is moist and delicious. They gobble it up.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

    Hi Chef DLH,
As you must know, It is always difficult to find the exact copycat recipe from any restaurant, but you can recreate one similar as an alternative, according with the description of the breakfast casserole in Marie Callendar's Website:

CHEESY EGG & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST BAKE -

Savor your favorite breakfast foods any time of day. This savory bake contains Marie Callender's® scrambled eggs with potatoes and creamy sausage gravy topped with cheddar cheese.

    And here is my suggestion:
You can make and combine these two similar recipes, adding the cubed potatoes first, the scrambled eggs, (crumbled sausage, if you like) then the creamy sausage gravy, and add the shredded cheddar cheese as topping:

I agree. I made bacon, potato, eggs, peppers, onions and cheese for my son. Put it in small tupperware type containers.

I just simmered the peppers, onion, and potatoes until soft. Add that to a bowl. Then made soft scrambled egg, don't over cook, add that. Put everything to the container and topped with cheese. Cool, cover and freeze.

My son when going to middle school would heat them up himself. Like 3 minutes and it was hot and the cheese melted.

As mentioned, make everything add together. Then I would pour over the sausage gravy and finish with cheese, cover, freeze; and then just cook.

I would think it would work perfect.
