My internet is not very good, so it would be nice to be able to back up my cookbooks offline. Is there a way to do this?

I'm sorry, I don't believe there is. There is a commercial software program the name of which escapes me that will permit you to easily copy recipes from here, but there is no way that you can download a cookbook. Some people make binders of their most-referred to recipes - I myself have a bunch sitting in a magnetized pocket holder thing on my fridge - but that's about it.

Thanks for responding. Maybe they'll add that feature some time.

Honestly, we have so many problems with people stealing recipes wholesale from this site for their own sites that I don't think there is any intent to make it easier to do icon_confused.gif
