    "My favourite recipes" card collection

    Hi,
my Mum recently passed on a big box of recipe cards under the collection name " my favourite recipes". I know she collected it bit by bit when I was little, so guessing between late 1980s and 1990s.
I was trying to find out more about it, so I can try and get hold of some of the missing recipes, though it seems an almost complete set. Have made a few for dinner and am doing baking tomorrow with my 35mth old daughter and really pleased with them. Simple, just how I like things (finding Jamie Oliver's 15 mins meals a bit hectic so far!)
Does anyone know who pulished them, or when that might have been?
I'm very willing to send scans or type recipes up for any I have that other people are missing in return.
This was the only place where they were mentioned at all according to good ol' google. If this is in bad form or the wrong place, please mods feel very free to move it along icon_smile.gif
    Thankyou in advance
    Sarah

Here's an old newspaper ad offering them for sale in 1976.
From the ads, it appears they were offered in drugstores and supermarkets.

    And in 1975

These appear to be for the "American Recipe Card Collection", not "My Favourite Recipes", unless I missed something in the newspaper ads. I may be confused, or perhaps didn't notice something in the ads to indicate differently.

Sorry, you're right. The newspaper ads are for McCall's Great American Recipe cards.
