The complete name of this forum does say General Dieting Tips. That makes me think we'd have the best place for the dieting group. We already have FFF which is a weight loss group.

Nice group. Can i ask what kind of planing you have to weight loss or any other related information. I will really appreciate that if you have been posted here. According to me for weight loss you should have to take low fated food and carbs in your diet. With that must have to take some exercise. In exercise cycling and swimming is good option. So, what you think????
