icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif Is it advisable to stuff a turkey that you are planning to deep fry or will the oil soak into the stuffing?

You CANNOT stuff a turkey to be fried, it won't cook properly. The oil needs to fill the cavity as well in order to cook it in the right amount of time. And yes, you'd wind up with oil-soaked stuffing if you try.
