Authentic Mexican Marranitos (Molasses Gingerbread Pigs) I mixed everything up as directed in the recipe and it is all crumbly and there's no way it's ok to roll out. What did I do wrong? icon_sad.gif

Sometimes, the weather can affect how cookies come together (humid, or not). One of the other reviewers mentioned needing to add more milk to get her dough into a kneadable consistency.

Try adding additional milk, a tablespoon at a time and see if it helps.
