i have been unable to sign in or change my password. this is so frustrating. i have been a member since 1/2001 and have had nothing but aggrevation for the last several years. HELP!

We are so sorry to hear you are having trouble signing in. What happens when you try to sign in specifically? Are you getting an error saying it doesn't recognize email or password?
To change your password, click on the link Forgot Password between where you sign in with your email and password and an email will be sent to you to reset. I have provided a direct link below for your convenience.

Semi-Experienced "Sous Chef" Poster
I haven't been able to sign in today either. Very annoying. Every time I sign in the site acts as if it is signing me in but then I'm still not signed in and have no access to my cookbooks, etc. Is this happening to anyone else?

What browser and version are you using? Click on Help from your Toolbar and About for the info.
Also, try emptying your cache and deleting your cookies. Then exit internet and come back in and type our URL directly into the address field - do not use a "favorites" or "book mark."

Also, if you are using IE8 or 9, make sure compatability is checked. I experience the non-ending loads and other problems on pages in IE on any number of sites, until I check for compatability.
