    Microwave Pecan Pralines

What wattage is this recipe for? I just made it in a 1250 and it is OVERCOOKED. Just messed up 2 cups of pecans.

The recipe was posted in 2002 and I don't think 1250 watt microwaves were widely available then for the home. In any event, reading reviews is a real help with recipes such as this where equipment can vary. One of the reviewers said theirs was done in 9 minutes - about 2/3 of the time. That would have suggested to check earlier for doneness.
