    I was up early this morning so I thought I would be productive. When DW got up she was met with these (there were actually 10 made)...



    ...and then I made her one of these (and one for the chef as well icon_lol.gif )

    For anyone interested in making these, the recipe is on my website. I make these in a cast iron skillet with a lid. I have an infrared thermometer and spend time getting the skillet close to 300F. Once flipped over, check the bottom of the muffin at 4-1/2 minutes so they don't overcook.
