    No coriander is called for in that recipe!

    Sorry, The amount of coriander seed (step 3) is not given in the recipe.

    You would have to contact the person that posted the recipe (click on the arrow after their name, then click on "contact this chef" to send them mail).

    This recipe was posted some time ago, the person that submitted it is no longer active, so it is possible you may not get a reply.

    The recipe found at this link http://www.guntheranderson.com/liqueurs/grandmar.htm uses both a "pinch" of coriander and a "pinch" of cinnamon.


    The following two recipes do not use coriander or cinnamon.

    There is another posted recipe which does not use coriander seeds, Homemade Grand Marnier
    and a number of recipes I found on the web were similar - no seeds. Still checking.
