Wheat Free, Milk Free, Egg Free, Tasty Chicken Nuggets

HI, would these chicken nuggets be good if I made a huge batch and froze them, then pulled some out and reheated? My son has a milk allergy and I would like to substitute the unhealthy frozen bags with my own version, keeping with easy the concept of pull out and heat. icon_smile.gif

I'd undercook them somewhat, as reheating could overcook and dry out the chicken.
