    Oooh, wow, Mick, the colours in the photos are awesome!! This last one of the finished dish has incredibly good light and colour! Great photos -- new camera?? icon_lol.gif

    I really like the before and after shots,but the first one
    of the oven cooking really does it for me.

    am trying on all different settings to see which ones I like and which ones work better with afternoon sunlight as opposed to natural earlier sunlight or overhead rangehood lights icon_smile.gif

    they do look very good... I can imagine scooping a few up to put on big bread rolls.. then coming back for seconds... icon_smile.gif
