    Gingerbread Caramel Corn
    Recipe doesn't state how many pans to divide into..it says one...maybe two? Does anyone know?. Also typo "oven medium heat" maybe should be "over"??

    It says one pan, but use as many pans as needed for it to fit comfortably without crowding, as you will need to stir it. Yes, oven should be over.
