    Oven Baked Orange Rice

Is the orange juice right out of the can, or mixed with water?

    Thank you!

Orange juice from a carton is what I think is intended. If concentrate was what was needed, the recipe would state that, plus 3/4 cup of concentrate would be too intense. If you want to be certain, though, use the Contact This Chef link to ask the contributor.

I thought that I had used that link to ask the contributer, but maybe not. Anyway, I figured it out and used orange juice. The rice was great with the addition of a little hot pepper flakes.
