    I doubt it, the baking mix (Bisquick) has leavening in it. The leavening is activated as soon as liquid is added.
    It would be best to bake them up fresh. Of course you could prep the ham, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese in advance. It really only takes less than 10 min to mix and shape them if everything else is prepped and ready to go.

    You could also try baking then rewarming them, but they'd probably taste best freshly baked.
