I know this is an old thread but thought I would drop you a line. I would love to find out what hosting is all about and this is the first place I have ever seen it mentioned. I know for a fact that I am not qualified for this forum. Being born and raised in New England, I come here looking for advice. But I do have a long history and a good general knowledge of cooking in general. I spend a lot of time in the forums and do my best to pass along my knowledge. What do the powers at be look for in a host? Do you know if any other forums offer volunteers a chance to guest host?? Feel free to zmail me directly.
