    Sparkling Champagne Jelly.

Any champagne you like will do & feel free to switch out the Raspberry Liqueur. Strawberry or Blackberry make for a lovely jelly too.

This time of year Wine Jelly is another fast one to prepare & it makes a great hostess or gift basked addition.

I'd love to try making a champagne jelly. A few years ago I made white wine jelly... how fantastic that was! I mixed it with a little strawberry jam on an English muffin in the morning and felt decadent all day.
