    Question:Sweet Cornbread

    Sweet Cornbread

We have made this recipe many, many times. It's great leftover when we are "boat camping". We often add jalapenos and pepper-jack cheese (and less sugar) but what about cooked ground sausage and onions, etc..? Would it sink?

Diced onion should do fine, but the sausage will almost certainly sink (and make your cornbread greasy, besides).
