Last night, the deli had 8 pieces of roast chicken marked down to $3.50.

    I bought 2 pkg.

One meal was roast chicken, rice, and sliced fruit.
The rest is in the crockpot on 'keep warm.' In a little while, I'll shred up the leftovers for tomorrow's chicken enchiladas.
