cooking pork chops

Actually, reading that thread, one of the suggestions given by a forum host was to get information on other countertop turbo ovens, such as Flavorwave and Nuwave. They are all essentially the same appliance, and an online manual/recipe book might be available for one of them. There are also several websites devoted to them, such as http://www.nuwavecookingclub.com
You could also do a search of cookbooks here to see if any are for countertop convection ovens.

I don't understand why appliance makers don't include a small, basic recipe book (and more complete instructions on converting recipes) with their appliances....it couldn't possibly add that much more to the cost of the appliance

This won't help with your pork chops, but there are lots of cookbooks available for those ovens....

For your pork chops, I would suggest using any pork chop recipe you find for (any brand) counter top turbo convection oven.

Oh Dee, I am so with you on this subject. When we moved into our new home it was equipped with a convection oven. Not hardly any information in the book that came with it and I didn't have much luck with my questions over internet either. I just said to heck with it a cook w/o convection using the oven like it doesn't have that feature. They need to include well written and in depth descriptions of how to use that feature and convert recipe time. So aggravating!
