    Salt-Free Cajun Seasoning

    Why does the nutritional analysis for this recipe show 5.5 grams of fat? I think this may be an error. Please explain if it is not.

    If you look at the "detailed nutritional analysis" (click on the link under the nutritional values box) you will see exactly ingredients contain fat. (many spices contain some amount of natural fats (oils)....in this case the paprika contains the most.
    The nutrition facts are for the whole recipe, and not the small amount you would use in a recipe.
