I have been using MasterCook on PC for years. It is ver 9. When I open the program the data is opened automatically.
Now I would like to copy the data. Where can I find it, where is it stored?
    Thanks

Oh, gosh, Ali...that's a good question for the MasterCook folks. The only information I have on MC is in that thread at the top of this forum's topics list.

Elsewise, perhaps one of our members familiar with MasterCook will be able to help you with an answer.

It's stored in a format you can't directly access. Depending on your computer skills, you can export as a text file but the best way to get the recipes out is to print ALL of them to a PDF file. Then use the PDF as digital cookbook.

If you are going to copy them to a PDF file (and then send them to another device), you might find this website handy....I use it all the time. http://rapidgator.net/

I would think that you could just copy MC to a flash drive in its entirety and use the flash drive as a digital cookbook (or download the files from the flash drive to wherever you want them).
