I started it back in April 2012 and although I haven't stuck to it all, I have been able to maintain the the lifestyle. I am so thankful to have found The Belly Fat cure, I went from an almost size 18 and weighing 208 down to a size 10 weighing 164. I have lost a lot in inches by doing his 8 minutes in the morning exercises. Hope this helps you.

This diet looks as if it just a common sense diet. Looks good icon_smile.gif

    Hi Molly,
I am not doing this program, but have some tips to cure belly fat. Workout daily, take low carb meals and drink more water than routine. Prefer green tea over beverages and do not eat late.
