    This recipe calls for eggs which are never cooked. Is that a problem? Thank you

    It could be if you get the one in 10,000 that's infected and an infant, elderly, or immune-compromised person eats it. Buy or make pasteurized eggs or use Egg Beaters and it won't be an issue. Homemade Pasteurized Eggs
