    I have access to a bunch of cabbage. I make sour kraut yum and i dehydrate it. Can you can it? I dont want it pickled, just plain ole cabbage, thank you. Gloria

    It's not really recommended to can cole crops (cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli or cauliflower) plain as they can become bitter, overcooked and mushy during the pressure canning process.
