We All love a Party and there are so many Celebrations being planned from Graduations, Anniversaries. Christmas Eve, Christmas, Boxing Day, Hanukkah and New Year’s Eve - just to mention a few.

Have you got any ideas for party themes for large or small gatherings or more importantly great make ahead recipes that you have used and enjoyed.

Has anyone got a good recipe for punch if you have please share it here.
If you are having a party this month what are you doing?

Party games can also be quite fun specially for the children it keeps them entertained. Lots of input gives us loads of ideas.

OH MY GOODNESS Joyful Cook...I JUST saw this thead today for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS I am like the Party Theme Queen lol

    Where do I start?

OK, forget xmas....let's say I was having an IMAGINARY New Year's Eve party...close friends

LOVE seeing pink champagne and use hibiscus flowers (available at any food store in Oz...sorry overseas...am sure you can find them too) but they are talking pieces and look VERY elegant too! WHOO HOO!

Always like to provide options and variety for my friends...so here is a lovely non alcoholic option that looks nice too

OK, so now with punch sorted.....let's say will have about 10 friends including DH and me....

My "niche" in doing theme parties (and have done MANY!!!) is to make many mini bite portions of all world cuisines tied into a theme

    so let's see...

2013...Out with the old, in with the new....mmmmmmm

Renewed hope for the future, appreciate each and every day as a gift....THIS is how my mind works and my thought processes when am thinking of what to do ....Thought you all might be humored too!

OK, my mind is thinking of songs...Jingle Bells, Frosty the Snowman...(there is NO SNOW where I live as it does not get cold enough, so a SNOW theme is now eliminated lol HOPE you all are laughing by now WHAT goes into having the party of all parties with each one topping the one before it too!

BINGO!!!! Mini bite portions of all world cuisines where each plate represents NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!
