Does anyone have any idea how they make their marvelous Lobster Bisque? My husband and I love it to death--and he doesn't even care much for sea food. Whenever we have a chance to go to Salmon Dave's we make sure we bring some bisque home. If you never tried and live in Ohio, it is definitely worth the trip to their restaurant! A bit pricey, but the best food!

That looks like a nice recipe. Lobster bisque is not an easy dish to prepare in that the stock is really created from the shells and aromatics; which is key to a nice bisque.

It takes a bit of work, but it is really good.
