I posted a recipe several years ago and would like to remove it. How do I go about doing this?

You can't! Once a recipe is made public, it stays public unless it is a duplicate of another recipe!

Can I edit it, then? I would like to change the name of the recipe. Also, one of the ingredients is no longer available and I would like to edit the info section where I discuss this ingredient and then the ingredient itself.

Yes you can edit the recipe. Open the recipe and click on Submit a Correction ~ make your changes and submit them!
