I've been to many Chinese restaurants which offer a salad and what it contains is just lettuce, and a clear dressing. I think it has sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and perhaps other ingredients. Any ideas that might complete this recipe. It's light, flavorful and just a perfect salad dressing. Hope someone out there can share. Thanks in advance
