    If you click on the "Detailed Nutritional Values" for the recipe (the blue link under the nutritional facts box) the whole recipe has 532g of carbs. You would have to divide that (532g) by by the number of cookies you get from the recipe (48?). That will give you the amount of carbs per cookie.

    Which is, in fact, more-or-less the 11 grams cited in the nutritional report on the right. (532/48 = 11.1)
