I am so sorry to be so extremely tardy in reporting my final completions (although I did review them some time ago). Unfortunately, Superstorm Sandy, followed by a nor'easter, greatly interfered with life here in New York, and I'm still catching up (believe it or not). I have never been late before, and have been very troubled by my failure to complete PAC on time. Despite all the difficulties, though, I did enjoy some tremendous recipes and want to thank the hosts for hard work and patience. Hopefully, life will go smoother for Spring PAC 2013.
