Hi CoffeB. These muffins aren't meant to be sweet. I found them when I was doing the Dukan Diet which helped me drop 10 kg's without too much effort. The beauty, I found, with these muffins is that they are quite satisfying without adding fat, carbs or sugar. They also freeze well and a quick zap in the Microwave and you've got a snack that doesn't do any damage to the waist-line. icon_biggrin.gif

    Thanks for trying them though.

wave.gif A great choice for me this a.m. as I"m heading out to do the Turkey Trot 5-K with family. I"ll have a few in the car for my ride home. With them being not sweet doesn't bother me in the least.

I have made and reviewed Elmotoo's Barley Tabbouleh. Just realized when I went to load my review that I had already made this recipe earlier in the year. Just as nice 2nd time around. Really enjoy this salad and it makes a huge amount which I love, as I like taking a selection of salads to work for lunch. Photo taken this time and I will post it when my camera has charged.

    Hi Folkses!

For Tisme, I will make Mustard #352041
for Mersaydees, White Beans, Sausage, & Kale Stew #478627
& for JustJan, Spiced Quinces With a Mascarpone Cream #452666

We were spared any damage from hurricane Sandy but I've been busy helping others, especially Girl Scout families. And then there was Thanksgiving. icon_eek.gif

Beth, so glad you were spared! You've been working hard helping others, as I can tell by fb posts. I still have a winter coat to send to the family you recommended. I'm waiting for a moment when I'm not working! Thanks for all you do. icon_biggrin.gif
