Hi CoffeB. These muffins aren't meant to be sweet. I found them when I was doing the Dukan Diet which helped me drop 10 kg's without too much effort. The beauty, I found, with these muffins is that they are quite satisfying without adding fat, carbs or sugar. They also freeze well and a quick zap in the Microwave and you've got a snack that doesn't do any damage to the waist-line.
Thanks for trying them though.

A great choice for me this a.m. as I"m heading out to do the Turkey Trot 5-K with family. I"ll have a few in the car for my ride home. With them being not sweet doesn't bother me in the least.

I have made and reviewed Elmotoo's Barley Tabbouleh. Just realized when I went to load my review that I had already made this recipe earlier in the year. Just as nice 2nd time around. Really enjoy this salad and it makes a huge amount which I love, as I like taking a selection of salads to work for lunch. Photo taken this time and I will post it when my camera has charged.

We were spared any damage from hurricane Sandy but I've been busy helping others, especially Girl Scout families. And then there was Thanksgiving.

Beth, so glad you were spared! You've been working hard helping others, as I can tell by fb posts. I still have a winter coat to send to the family you recommended. I'm waiting for a moment when I'm not working! Thanks for all you do.

I have Merph'd morgainegeiser's lovely Rice Salad With Mint. A delicous salad that was very much enjoyed.
and breakfast this morning was Coffeeb'S Bacon Crescent Roll Appetizers. Review and pics will come later. I stuffed croisants with the mixture and then baked them for around 12 minutes till the stuffing wass warm and melted. Yum!!
