I'm searching for a breakfast frittata recipe that uses crusty bread, ham and I believe it has swiss cheese in it.
I'd appreciate any help I can get on finding a recipe so that I can use it for Christmas morning.
    Thanks very much! icon_biggrin.gif

Frittatas don't usually have bread in them - perhaps you are thinking of a strata?

There are also breakfast casseroles posted which are the same idea. You can adjust the ingredients to meet your preferences.

I think these are both possibilities

    Eggs in Baguette
Stuffin Egg Muffins I have made this and the bread slice (I brush with butter) is very crispy and browned.

Just add ham to anyone of these.
