    Steve, wonderful angle on your black pudding sausage breakfast and think your first attempt at a steak pudding turned out really well. I’m very impressed with how nicely the steak pudding turned out onto the dish.

    See if you had not told me it was outside and cloudy I would have thought it was inside pre-dawn. Very Nicely done.

    the photo was inside but the light from outside coming through the window and then backed up with the two day-light lamps... icon_smile.gif
