    i like the liver if it is baked in the pan with the bird and the pan drippings make it all tasty and seasoned. i like the neck that way too. NO to the heart and giblets.

    Of course we eat the giblets. My son just learned (at 46) that "that neck meat is really good!" We get too soon old ----too late smart!!
