I just added a new recipe that makes about 1/3 cup of Za'tar. I don't see how these ingredients could add up to this calorie amount.

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, dry roasted
1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme, crumbled
1 tablespoon dried marjoram or 1 tablespoon oregano, crumbled
    1 tablespoon ground sumac

    = 376.6 calories

Annacia, there is a sticky for nutritional analysis issues above. I think what happened is that the summary box rounded it up for 1 cup of the mixture - when you look at the detailed analysis, it has the amounts of the ingredients just as you listed them and the calories are 126 or something like that. The summary box has it three times greater. That's my guess, anyway.

    Ah-ha, I see that now.

I put in 1/3 cup, how do I get that accepted?

Even 126 seems a lot for just some herbs and a few seeds, lol.

Remember that they express oil from sesame seeds - anyway, post in that sticky. Kathy has been managing to unglitch all kinds of nutritional glitches.
