    Satisfying Vegetarian Lasagna

I'm a carnivore, my boyfriend isn't. I want to be able to cook meals that we will both enjoy, and I find that a lot of vegetarian options just don't quite hit the spot for me. A good vegetarian lasagna is something I've really been on the lookout for.

    Any ideas?

    Do you know italian pesto?
Combine in the chopper basil, oil, parmesan, pine nuts and little garlic.
Alternate layers of lasagna, pesto, besciamella sauce and parmesan.
If you want you can add green beans.
