    Baked tomatoes -- always nice.

    Not really a recipe ...

    It's just that I bought such lovely tomatoes, and could not resist this simple roast dish as a side with our dinner tonight. Different tomatoes, red onions, thyme, olive oil, garlic, pepper ... the usual seasonings. Plus a little tapenade, and some sundried tomato paste. A little brown sugar to counteract acidity.
