The guys in my office are not the normal “Dodgy Indian Programmers”. I employ only top Software Engineers who are very well educated and have years of industry experience. I pay top dollar over there in order to attract and retain the best and the majority of the team has worked for me for years. My Head of IT’s qualifications are MCA- Master of Computer App, and PGDCA- PG Diploma in Computer App. The engineers in my office can do anything and they do it brilliantly.
