    Posted recipes to wrong cookbook

Help! I thought I was posting my vegan Thanksgiving recipes to my personal Vegan Thanksgiving! cookbook, but I was accidentally logged in to the Vegetarian Network of Austin's cookbook. I help to manage their cookbook, but the recipes I posted were not in their newsletter (which is what their cookbook is for). Can this be fixed? icon_redface.gif

Sure just open the cookbook so that you see the list of recipes. On the left hand side under each recipe click the Select box. Go to the bottom of the screen and select Add to Cookbook and put them in your personal cookbook. Then click the Remove button to remove from the wrong cookbook.

Perhaps cookbook is not the right terminology. They are two different accounts. One is mine, but the other belongs to a group.

No, I did not think it through. You remove recipes from cookbooks just as described above. But you'll have to then go to your personal account to add them to your own cookbooks.

These are recipes I posted (typed) to the wrong account, not just adding recipes to the wrong cookbook. I don't see how to delete them. I'd be glad to type the recipes again to get them in under the correct account.

OK I think now I have it - you published recipes while signed in under the wrong account. Mary will need to know which recipes were published under the wrong account and the right account to transfer them to. The chef number is what I mean - the recipes will have the chef id for the wrong account.
Your chef id is on your profile page.

I think I'm following. Under Vegetarian Network Austin, the following recipes were posted in error:

    Autumn Glow Punch
    Pumpkin Pie (Vegan)
    French Fried Onions (Gluten-Free)
    Easy Gravy

They should have been posted under Vegan Thanksgiving!, which would be great because I told someone to look there for those recipes. But what happens if I can't remember my User Name for that Chef #? Darn Thanksgiving for only being once a year (or for not writing down the info). icon_cry.gif [/i]

I have changed ownership of those 4 recipes to Vegan Thanksgiving!.

The chef number for this account is 2084431. It's in the top right hand corner of the profile page and also the end numbers in the URL.

They still look incorrectly listed under the wrong chef to me and I re-loaded the page. icon_cry.gif

Also, what happens if I can't remember which email address I used to create the account for Vegan Thanksgiving! icon_cry.gif icon_cry.gif

I just clicked on all for links above and they are showing Vegan Thanksgiving! as the owner.

I'll have to zmail you the email for that account.

Thanks so much for helping me with this, but I still see 29 in one account and only 4 in the other. It should be 25 and 8, I believe.

I am not following. Can you please be more specific?

VNA, it sounds as if you have four more recipes you want to transfer to the "new" cookbook - you only listed four recipes above.
