Zmail is just the name we use for the site's messaging function. To use it, you can click the arrow to the right of a chef's name and select Contact This Chef, or go to their profile page and select Send Message. To get your messages just click the Inbox link next to your icon. If there is a message for you, you will have a number showing in the parentheses.
