Our family has decided we are tired of doing the same dishes every Thanksgiving. This year we're thinking of shaking it up by doing the whole meal as finger food I already have a recipe for pumpkin won tons and have seen one for stuffing balls, but do any of you have any recommendations for an hors d'oeuvres meal using the traditional Thanksgiving foods? My son wants to consider this a Top Chef challenge so I'm looking for things that are new and tasty. I would appreciate any help you could give me and I will be happy to share our experience.

I think these could be made with chopped turkey instead of ground beef. I don't really like ground turkey in something like this - I think you could cook some turkey thighs or a breast, chop it, and then use it with the cheese to make the mini-muffins.

I do have this recipe which I really do like, plus it also uses cranberries,
